Replacing several missing teeth with implants

Several missing teeth next to each other can often be replaced by a bridge on two or more implants, so not every missing tooth needs its own implant.

In short
  • A 3-tooth gap may need only 2 implants.
  • Bone volume decides where implants can go.

What to discuss

  • One implant per tooth, or an implant bridge?
  • Is bone grafting needed?
  • Screw-retained or cemented crowns?
