- The implant itself is one line in a longer bill.
- A good quote names the exact system (for example NobelActive® implant or NobelActive® S implant) and every component.
- For full-arch treatment, ask whether the temporary and final bridge are included.
- Warranty terms from the manufacturer cover parts for the clinic, not your treatment costs.1

Request an assessmentSingle implant vs full arch
For one tooth, the bill is mainly implant, abutment, crown and surgery. For a whole jaw, such as the All-on-4® treatment concept, most of the cost is in surgery time, the temporary bridge, the final bridge and laboratory work, not in the four implants themselves.
Would you like a dentist to assess whether this treatment suits you?
Request an assessmentWhy prices differ between countries
Most of the difference comes from local costs: salaries, rent, laboratory fees and taxes. Treatment abroad can cost less, but add travel, time off work and aftercare at home.
Does a premium brand mean a better result?
Not by itself. Long-term results depend heavily on gum health, smoking, bone, planning, surgery and maintenance. A well-known brand does make parts easier to find worldwide, which matters if you move or travel.
The EFP S3 clinical guideline on peri-implant diseases centres prevention on oral hygiene, regular supportive care and managing risk factors such as smoking. 2
In a university cohort of 207 NobelActive® implants, overall survival was 91.5%; survival was lower in patients with both local and systemic risk factors (76.5%) than in patients without risk factors (94.8%). 3
Small retrospective study; shows that patient factors matter more than the implant name.
Red flags in a quote
- No implant system named, or "Nobel-compatible" parts without explanation.
- Teeth in a day guaranteed before an examination.
- No written plan, no implant passport promised.
- Pressure to pay a large deposit before a 3D x-ray.
