Manufacturer documentation
Nobel Biocare's Warranty Program is granted to the treatment provider (the clinic). It covers replacement of eligible Nobel Biocare products and shipping, not the cost of treatment. 1
Read from the manufacturer's published warranty terms. Your clinic may offer its own separate guarantee; ask for it in writing.
Conditions that apply
- Only original Nobel Biocare components are used.1
- Products were used according to the manufacturer's instructions and procedures.1
- The patient maintains good oral hygiene; maintenance examinations twice a year are recommended.1
- The treatment provider completes the claim process.1
- It applies to eligible treatment providers.1
What this means for you: if an implant fails, the manufacturer may replace the part for your clinic, but the clinic may still charge for surgery, a new crown or bridge, and your time and travel. Ask your clinic for its own written guarantee.

Is my Nobel implant guaranteed for life?
The manufacturer offers lifetime replacement of the implant and restorative components to the treatment provider under conditions. It does not cover treatment costs.1
Can I claim the warranty myself?
Generally no: it is for the treatment provider. The NobelProcera® Implant Bar Overdenture has a special patient warranty.1
